Founder | Principal Psychologist

Amerie is a registered clinical psychologist based in Singapore who enjoys working with individuals, couples and families from all walks of life. She loves empowering adolescents and young adults to overcome life's challenges, as well as adults seeking more fulfilling relationships and self-knowledge. Her clinical expertise spans across a broad range of presenting issues, including eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, depression, attachment/relationship difficulties, PTSD/complex trauma, parent-child conflict, deliberate self-harm, suicidal behavior, psychosomatic disorders and personality disorders.

Our Services

Psychotherapy

We provide psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and couples. Through science-backed interventions, thoughtful conversations and having a safe reflective space, psychotherapy can help you gain more insight to the inner workings of your mind and acquire tools to better manage your emotions. It can also help you identify unhelpful patterns in your relationships and learn ways to transcend them.

We draw from evidence-based psychological approaches, neuroscience and mind-body research to create programs that work for you. Our most popular corporate talks/workshops touch on themes of mindfulness, self-compassion as well as anxiety and depression.
